At the Play Café we believe no parent should walk through life alone. We believe we need people and a village to thrive. Every parent's mental health journey is unique to them and their lifestyle but should not be walked alone. See below for course descriptions.
Available Groups
*Children are welcome to come at additional cost of admission. Please note childcare is not available- children should be able to play unattended. Infants are welcome to spend time in group in seats or swings or held. Must register children at time of group registration*
Anxiety, Stress, and Worry
6- Week course focusing on identifying stressors, healthy coping skills and education associated with parenting with anxiety in a group setting with peers. Group meets 1x times per week with a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 15 people.
COST $165.00 or $50.00 PER SESSION
Dad Is Mad
6- Week course focusing on identifying triggers, coping skills and education associated with anger and depression in dads in a group setting with peers. Group meets 1x times per week with a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 15 people.
